Google is known for our innovative technologies, products and services — and for the people behind them. The Google People Services (GPS) team focuses on providing an amazing experience to past, present and future Googlers. You will lead and motivate a team of direct reports to achieve amazing performance goals. You'll work closely with the executive management team to set and develop business strategies. You will draw insights from analytics to make our people process smarter and more efficient. You will use your strong communication skills to tell rich, meaningful stories using data and influence decisions. You will develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with clients, peers and key leaders to drive results for your team, the department, and clients.
You will oversee initiatives that allow the Global Technical Staffing team to provide candidates and clients with a world-class experience as productively and efficiently as possible. You will also oversee the development and enhancement of programs that enable an environment of continuous learning and development for the Global Tech Staffing team. In this role, you will draw insights from analytics to effectively run overall business operations for Global Tech Staffing, developing business strategies, objectives, and key results, creating structure and being accountable for delivering excellence in this complex and ambiguous space.
Leveraging the insights you gain from analytics, you will make our people processes smarter and more efficient broadly - including identifying and acting on predictive data signals, influencing current technology, and developing creative ideas and solutions. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Technical Staffing, you will also be part of the senior Tech Staffing leadership team representing a need for strategy, execution and being a key integrator of all initiatives related to staffing.
